AV equipment supply, specified by the people who commission it.
We source and supply commercial audiovisual hardware across the United Kingdom. The specification follows what the room needs and what you budget allows.
Displays / Video conferencing / Audio and DSP / Control and switching / Digital signage / AV Furniture / Camera Systems / Microphone
Already have a specification, a bill of materials or a plan? No system design yet? A member of our team will help you design the perfect system for your needs.
Three ways to buy from us.
Take the hardware on its own, take the whole project, or have us sit behind your business and supply it in your name.
Supply only
You have the specification and the labour. We source it, stage it and deliver it where and when you need it. You own the warranty from day one, and you get an asset register with it, so nothing is lost.
Supplied as part of the project
Hardware, installation, programming and commissioning as one engagement, with one company answerable for whether the room works. Equipment is quoted as a schedule and the engineering separately in hours, so you can always see which is which.
Trade supply
For integrators, consultants and contractors. We handle sourcing, stock and logistics behind your business, delivered in your name where you want it. We do not approach an end client introduced through you, and that sits in the engagement terms rather than goodwill.
The reasons to buy it through us.
Most of what follows comes down to one thing: we are not passing a specification to somebody else to make work.
Six platforms, not one
We programme Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Aurora and Lightware, and we configure DSP across Crestron, QSC, Biamp, Extron, Shure and BSS. A firm certified on a single platform will always find a reason for that platform. We do not have to.
We have to live with what we specify
The people choosing the equipment are the people who will be commissioning it and supporting it afterwards. That concentrates the mind in a way it does not when a supplier ships a box and walks away.
A room is a system, not a list
Items that each look right individually can fail together on protocol, power, resolution or latency. We check the specification as a working system before anything is ordered, which is cheaper than discovering it on site.
Real lead times, not website stock figures
We check actual availability and tell you where the long poles are while there is still time to change them, rather than after the programme has been written around them.
We will tell you when something cheaper will do
And occasionally that you should buy it yourself. If you are hanging one display on one wall, you probably do not need us for it, and we would rather say so and keep the relationship.
Warranty is ours to chase
Commercial warranties are administered through the supply chain. Buy through us and failures are our problem to handle with the manufacturer, not yours to sort out while the room sits unusable.

Not listed? Ask anyway. Most commercial AV brands are available to us through UK distribution, and if we cannot get something we will tell you who can.
Ask anywayWhat happens after you order.
The part that decides whether a supplier is worth having, and the part nobody writes about.
Lead times confirmed before you commit
Actual availability rather than a website stock figure, with the long poles flagged while there is still time to change them.
Staging and consolidation
Equipment comes to us first, is checked against the order, firmware updated where it helps, and goes to site as one delivery rather than fifteen.
Phased and sequenced delivery
Delivered in the order the programme needs, including direct to site with a named contact and access instructions.
Asset registers
Serial numbers, models and locations recorded and handed over as a spreadsheet, which is what you will want the first time something fails under warranty.
Warranty handled by us
We tell you the process and the likely route before you buy, not after something breaks.
Old equipment taken away
Displaced kit removed, and disposed of or recycled under WEEE where it has no resale value. Where it does have value, we will tell you rather than skip it.
United Kingdom, nationwide.
Equipment supply and installation are UK services. We do not supply or install overseas, and we would rather say so plainly than take an enquiry we cannot serve properly.
Delivery anywhere in the UK
Mainland delivery as standard, to all corners of the UK.
Staged from Basingstoke
Equipment goes straight to your site, is checked against the order, and where possible arrives as one consolidated delivery.
Installation across the UK
Where we provide the equipment as part of a project, our installation and commissioning teams cover the whole process, end-to-end.
While we can ship AV equipment countrywide, our AV installation services are primarily focussed across the south of England, with our core coverage extending approximately 75 miles from our Basingstoke base, including the southeast, south central, and surrounding regions.
Common questions.
Can we buy the equipment without the installation?
Yes. Supply only is a normal way to work with us. You get the same sourcing, staging and asset register, and you handle the labour yourself or through somebody else.
Could we not just buy this online ourselves?
Some of it, yes, and for a single display on a single wall you probably should. It stops being sensible when the parts have to work together, when the commercial version is not sold through consumer channels, when lead times drive the programme, or when somebody has to own the warranty claim. If what you are buying is simple, we will tell you.
Do you supply to other integrators?
Yes. We supply behind integrators, consultants and contractors, delivered in your name where you want it. We do not approach an end client introduced to us through you, and that sits in the engagement terms.
Can you help us work out what we need?
Yes, and it is usually the better starting point. Tell us what the space is for and how it will be used, and we will put a specification together rather than pricing a list that may not be right.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Small orders are welcome.
Can you work to our procurement process?
Yes. Purchase orders, framework agreements, approved supplier onboarding and consolidated invoicing are all normal for us. Tell us what your finance team needs and we will work to it.
What happens if something arrives faulty?
Warranty claims within the manufacturer’s period are ours to handle. We tell you the process before you buy, so nobody is finding out during an outage.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, anywhere in mainland UK as standard. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the islands are quoted separately because carriage genuinely costs more. We do not supply or install outside the United Kingdom.
What you send, and what comes back.
What you send
- A specification or bill of materials
- Or a spreadsheet somebody else put together
- Or a photograph and dimensions of the space
- Or just a description of the room and what it is for
What comes back
- A priced schedule, line by line
- Real lead times, with the long poles flagged
- Anything we think you should buy differently, and why
- A straight answer if we are not the right supplier for it
Don't have these details? Don't worry — we can come to your site for a full system audit.
Send us the list. Or tell us about the room.
A specification, a bill of materials, a spreadsheet or a photograph of the room. Whatever you have is enough to start, and having nothing yet is fine too. If you are not sure what you need, a member of our team can assist in designing the correct solution for your requirements.
Once we have your requirements, you will get back a priced schedule, and an honest view on anything we think you should buy differently.
All purchases require an account with us, credit facilities are based on credit worthiness, no minimum order.
